Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to ROI.dog's public website, Google Ads audit application, reports, monitoring features, paid subscriptions, and related services.
Effective: August 13, 2026
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, connecting a Google Ads account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using ROI.dog, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ROI.dog for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Do not use the service if you do not agree to these Terms.
2. The service
ROI.dog provides automated and AI-assisted analysis of advertising data, including audits, reports, monitoring, planning tools, and recommendations. Features may vary by plan, account configuration, data availability, and supported integrations.
Recommendations are informational. They are not a guarantee of advertising performance, revenue, savings, conversion volume, or a particular business outcome.
3. Accounts and authorization
- Provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.
- Connect only Google Ads accounts you own or are authorized to review.
- Remain responsible for activity performed through your ROI.dog account.
- Notify ROI.dog promptly if you believe an account or connection has been compromised.
4. Google Ads and analysis-only product behavior
ROI.dog's product workflows are designed to read and analyze authorized Google Ads data. ROI.dog does not apply campaign changes on your behalf through the audit product. You decide whether and how to implement any finding.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms, policies, permissions, availability, and account restrictions.
5. AI-generated analysis
Some reports and recommendations are produced with configured AI providers. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review relevant account data and business context before acting on a recommendation.
You remain responsible for campaign decisions, legal compliance, budgets, tracking configuration, and any changes made outside ROI.dog.
6. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Current plan features, trial terms, prices, billing intervals, and renewal information are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancellation is scheduled before renewal.
Subscription management is provided through the billing portal. When cancellation is scheduled, access ordinarily remains available through the current paid or trial period. Contact support promptly about a billing error. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not access another person's or organization's data without authorization.
- Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not upload malware, misuse credentials, or use ROI.dog for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not represent an automated recommendation as guaranteed professional advice or a guaranteed result.
8. Third-party services
ROI.dog depends on services such as Google, Stripe, hosting, analytics, and configured AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend access, or experience outages outside ROI.dog's control.
9. Ownership and feedback
ROI.dog and its licensors retain rights in the application, design, software, and service content. You retain rights in data you are authorized to provide or connect. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your advertising accounts or source data to ROI.dog.
If you send product feedback, you allow ROI.dog to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ROI.dog and manage cancellation through the available account or billing controls. ROI.dog may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ROI.dog disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
ROI.dog may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or account contact information when appropriate.
